Breaking News: President Buhari Holds Meeting With Tinubu In London

President Muhammadu Buhari, met with the a chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on Sunday, April 15, Femi Adesina, a presidential spokesperson, disclosed.

President Buhari who is currently observing his annual vacation in United Kingdom met with Tinubu in London, we could not verify the details of the meeting as at press time.

Naija News recalls that Buhari had earlier appointed Tinubu to lead the consultation, reconciliation and confidence building efforts toward improving cohesion within the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Naija News also recalls that President Buhari has on Monday April 9, officially declared his intention to contest the 2019 presidential elections in Nigeria.

President Buhari made the declaration at a closed-door meeting of the National Executive Committee of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
