The Senate is set to hold a valedictory service today for two of it members who lost their lives during the Easter break.

The lawmaker representing Katsina North Senatorial District, Senator Mustapha Bukar, died on April 4, while the Deputy Majority Leader of the House of Representatives, Umar Jibrin, from Kogi State died on March 30.

The chambers rescheduled the plenary on Tuesday to honour the late senator, and scheduled to hold a valedictory service today for them.

Senate President, Bukola Saraki, read out a letter from President Muhammadu Buhari who expressed his condolence to the chambers over the death of the two senators.
