President Buhari Reportedly Gave Dapchi Girls ₦5000 Each

One of the recently released student of Government Girls Science and Technical College, Dapchi, Hajara Adamu, in a recent interview gave an insight into how they were received by President Muhammadu Buhari at the state house in Abuja revaling that they were given wrappers and ₦5,000 each.

Upon their return, the girls met with President Muhammadu Buhari at the presidential villa, Abuja, before reuniting with their families in Yobe.

In the interview published by TheCable, Adamu said:

“They gave us drinks and food and chicken,” she said, adding: “Afterwards they took us out and we took a picture with the president. The president gave us gifts of two wrappers, a pair of shoes, and ₦5,000 each.”
