The threat of the insurgents that they would come back if any of the students return to the school, has driven fear into the hearts of the schoolgirls.

The Inspector-General of Police recently assured the schoolgirls of adequate security in all schools in Yobe state. For now, the police boss is living up to his promise , but the capacity to sustain it is what everyone is looking out for.

It will be gathered that Naija News had earlier  reported that the Students of the Government Girls Science and Technical College, Dapchi, Yobe, who are in their final year, will be temporarily relocated to Government Girls Secondary School, Nguru, to enable them prepare for the forthcoming senior secondary school certificate examination.
