Rohr Releases 28-Man List For Super Eagles Friendlies

Coach Gernot Rohr, has released a 28-man shortlist for the Super Eagles double international friendly matches against Poland and Serbia.

Home-based goalkeeper Ikechukwu Ezenwa, reclaims his spot in the goal keeping department after returning from injury sustained during the recent CHAN tournament in Morroco.

Spain-based Francis Uzoho and South Africa-based Daniel Akpeyi completes the list of keepers invited for the friendlies.

Joel Obi also makes a return in midfield after some time out of the national team.

Naija News understands that the Eagles will play Poland at the 43,000-capacity Stadium Wroclaw on March 23 before taking to the pitch Four days later to play the Serbian national team at The Hive in London.

Both matches are part of friendly games lined up for the Super Eagles by the Nigeria Football Federation ahead of the 2018 World Cup tournament in Russia.
