22 years old Kidnapper Allergedly Kidnapped and Sold A child to Punish Child’s Father

Chiamaka Ukeje, 22 years, the leader of a four member Kidnap gang allegedly confessed to Kidnapping and selling a five years old girl to get even with the girl’s father.

In a report by Punch, Chiamaka Ukeje, who hails from Umuduru in Isiala Mbano Local Government Area of Imo State, was arrested along side her gang members for kidnapping the Victim, Chinagorom. They were arrested on January 22 in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, by operatives of the Scorpion Squad of the command who acted on an information.

Naija News gathered that Chiamaka, described as the the leader of the gang, and also the niece to the victim’s father, has along side her gang mate serve various jail terms in Federal Prisons, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, where they met and allegedly formed a kidnap gang.

The Imo State Commissioner of Police, Chris Ezike, said the four child trafficking suspects have made confessional statements. He added that they would be charged to court upon the conclusion of further investigations.

Ezike said, “The suspects, who are all residents of Rivers State, have made useful statements to the Police, confessing to the crime; while the child has since been reunited with her family.”

Speaking to Newsmen, the Prime Suspect, 22-year-old Chiamaka stated that kidnapping Chinagorom was her own way of punishing the girl’s father who she claim is her uncle.
