The weekly Federal Executive Council meeting will not hold on Wednesday, 28th February as expected.

This is as disclosed by the Mr. Femi Adesina, special adviser to President Muhammadu Buhari on media and publicity.

In a terse statement released by the presidential aide as obtained by Naija News, Adesina disclosed President Buhari as well as several other ministers would not be available due to other national engagements.

“The meeting of the Federal Executive Council (FEC) will not hold on Wednesday, February 28, 2018.”

“This is due to the participation of President Muhammadu Buhari and a significant number of ministers at the High-Level Meeting of the International Conference on Lake Chad Basin, at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel, Abuja, for the better part of that day,” the statement reads.
