Yusuf Buhari Is Not Dead – Presidency Shuts Down Rumours
The presidency has reacted to rumours making the rounds on social media claiming Yusuf Buhari, the only son of President Muhammadu Buhari is dead.
Speaking through the special adviser on social media, Lauretta Onochie, the presidency described as “fake”, news been peddled in certain quarters claiming Yusuf is dead.
“The news making the rounds regarding Yusuf Buhari, son of Pres. Buhari & Aisha Buhari, is Fake.
He is very alive, to their shame” Onochie said in a statement on her Facebook page.
Recall the first son of Nigeria, Yusuf Buhari was in December 2017, involved in a power bike accident in which he sustained a head injury and had to be under intensive care at the Cedarcrest Hospital in Abuja.
After weeks of expert care at the Abuja hospital, Yusuf was discharged in January 2018 much to the relieve and delight of not only his family but all well meaning Nigerians.
