The Nigerian Army has commenced Operation Cat Race Exercise in Benue state to put an end to the perennial clash between herdsmen and farmers in the state.

The army began the exercise, today, Tuesday.

Naija News gathered that ahead of the formal inauguration of the operation, the Chief of Army Staff, Lt. General Tukur Buratai, has visited Governor Samuel Ortom at the Government House in Makurdi the state capital.
