Buhari Presides Over Federal Executive Council Meeting (Photos)

President Muhammadu Buhari is currently presiding over the weekly federal executive council meeting at the state house in Abuja.

Earlier, the President had in a statement signed by his special adviser on media and publicity, Femi Adesina, urged Nigerians to pray for the unity and progress of the country.

Buhari made the call while felicitating with Christians in Nigeria on the solemn occasion of the commencement of this year’s Lenten season which marks the beginning of 40 days fasting preceding the Easter celebrations.

The President urged Christians to increase prayers, piety, sacrifice and selfless services.
