Ex-beauty queen Adeaze Yobo the wife of the ex-Nigeria international footballer Joseph Yobo celebrates her baby girl, Lexine’s first birthday today and also took time to share a touching testimony of her pregnancy.

Adaeze posted on Instagram stating that at the point of pregnacy she had thought the baby was fibroid and had the thought of removing it, but a third consultation with a doctor showed it was a fetus and it was very much alive.

She and husband, Former Super Eagles player, Joseph Yobo, celebrate their daughter’s birthday with a photo shoot of the excited family.

Adaeze says she wasn’t hoping for her but when Lexine came she was filled with worry, but now she is happy to celebrate her healthy child’s first birthday. She had this to say about the pregnacy of the child:

Ist scan showed it was Fibroid, 2nd scan (diff. hospital) showed it was Fibroid and pregnancy but an incomplete abortion (whatever that means) but that I had to flush yu out, which I (thought) i did.
A week later, i still felt sick so I called the Dr. and I was scheduled to surgically complete removal of the remaining tissue.
On my way going, the holy spirit directed me to go to another hospital which I did and was told you were still inside and I had no Fibroid. instead of being happy, i cried and worried whether to keep you or not, worried if you will be normal after all the drugs n all. look at you now baby girl ? #lexineisonetoday ??#birthdaygirl.
