Ozubulu Massacre: Court Begins Trial Of Suspects

The trial of four suspects linked to last year’s killings at St. Philips Catholic Church, Ozubulu, in Anambra state has begun.

The trial judge listened as the first witness, former President General of Ozubulu testified against the accused persons.

In his submissions, the defense counsel Festus Keyamo prayed the court to grant his clients bail while the proceeding commences.

But the prosecution disagreed with the Senior advocate of Nigeria, saying the case just commenced at the state high court.
