Reekado Banks of the Mavins record is having a tough time presently with report coming in had it that he was paid the sum of two million naira to perform in a wedding ceremony but failed to show up at the location.

This is a situation that is currently happening at the Ogba Police Area Command in Lagos. The people who had their wedding ceremony expected him to show up which he did not and this as caused an anger on the path of the party who invited him.

According to Linda Ikeji Blog, the singer collected money (Two Million Naira) to perform at a wedding in Benin City but he failed to show up.After the wedding, Uwa Idahosa (an OAP and comedian) who contracted Reekado Banks to perform at the wedding on behalf of the couple demanded a refund but the singer through his manager, Temi said they could only refund 800,000 saying they incurred logistics costs as well.

The situation is been resolve now with Reekado Banks’ manager (Temi) and relatives of the couple stating that the full payment of their money be returned. They’re all still at the station waiting for the Area Commander to come and give a final verdict.
