Just In: Court Nullifies Kashamu’s Suspension By PDP

A high court sitting in Abuja,  has overturned the suspension handed to Senator Buruji Kashamu by the  Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

In a ruling delivered by Justice Valentine Ashi of the Federal Capital Territory High Court, Apo, the PDP was also restrained from taking any further disciplinary actions against the senator.

Recall Senator Kashamu was suspended by the Senator Ahmed Makarfi-led National Caretaker Committee of the party a few hours to the commencement of the December 9, 2017  national convention of the Peoples Democratic Party.
