Shiites Members Renew Protest For El-Zakzaky’S Release

Members of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria who are mostly children have taken their latest protest for the release of their leader Ibraheem El Zakzaky to the Ministry of Justice in Abuja.

The protesters want Nigerian government to obey various court orders made in favour of the religious leader. Members of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria are protesting again on the major streets in the Federal Capital Territory. This time they took their peaceful protest to the Ministry of Justice in Abuja demanding the release of their Leader Ibraheem El Zakzaky.

Armed with different placards to send their message, the protesters who are mostly children allege that after the Zaria massacre in 2015 where some of their parents were allegedly killed by the Nigerian soldiers that the authorities have not prosecuted any of the alleged killers.
