Aregbesola presents 2018 budget today

Osun State Governor, Mr. Rauf Aregbesola is currently presenting the proposed Appropriation Bill, for the 2018 fiscal year.

The budget christened “Budget of enduring legacy” is fixed at N173.9 billion.

The budget sum is 16% higher than the 2017 budget, which was N146,632,746,980.

Capital projects take up 51% of the budget, while 49% accounts for recurrent expenditure.

The 2018 budget is the last budget to be presented by Governor Aregbesola, as his tenure would end on November 26, 2018.
