Police Seen At Hospital Where President Buhari’s Son Is Being Treated

Heavy security personnel have been stationed at the hospital were President Muhammadu Buhari’s son Yusuf is hospitalised after he was involved in a bike accident around Gwarimpa estate, Abuja, on Tuesday evening.

Garba Shehu, senior special assistant to the president on media and publicity, said Yusuf underwent a surgery.

The presidential spokesman also disclosed that Buhari’s only son broke a limb and sustained a head injury in the accident.

A visit to the hospital on Wednesday, mobile policemen were seen observing movements of visitors.

A sports utility vehicle (SUV) that had a signal jamming device was seen leaving the hospital around 4:58pm.

The hospital lobby was filled with different people who engaged in conversations.

It was not clear if members of the first family were at the hospital at the time of the visit.
