One Dead In Alleged Herdsmen Attack in Adamawa

An individual has died following an attack by suspected herdsmen in Bilachi community in Fufore Local Government Area of Adamawa State, Channels TV reports.

The ambush occurred on Thursday at around 7:00 pm, with the hoodlums setting the village on fire leaving the people in a state of unrest as they hurriedly struggle to look for a safe haven.

The dead victim was reported to be the younger brother of the village chief while another person machete wounds on his left hand and his back.

Confirming the fatal incident the Police Public Relations Officer in the state, Othman Abubakar stated that he was yet to receive updates on the attack.
