Supreme Court Has Failed Nigerians - PDP Reacts As Tinubu Floors Atiku In Court

-Prof. Taoheed Adedoja wants PDP chairmanship election results cancelled.

-This he said is due to the wrong spelling of his name on the ballot papers.

Aspirant wants court to nullify results from PDP convention.

Prof. Taoheed Adedoja, has challenged the result of elections into the national chairmanship position of the People’s Democratic Party, (PDP).

Adedoja, one of the aspirants and a former minister of sports and special duties, on Monday, filed a suit before the Federal High Court, in Abuja, seeking the cancellation of the December 9 convention.

Speaking with journalists in Abuja, he maintained the name which appeared on the ballot paper used for voting during the party’s convention was not his, hence the zero vote he got at the convention.

According to him, what was on the ballot paper was Prof. Taoheed Oladoja. “That was not my name. Delegates could not have voted for a name that is nonexistent. If my name is not there, it means that there was no election,” he said.

Recall Prince Uche Secondus emerged the national chairman of the PDP following the declaration of results of elections from the party’s December 9 national convention which held in Abuja.
