Police arrest Boko Haram Commander in Borno

Boko Haram commander, Ibrahim Audu Diye has been arrested by the intelligence unit of the Borno State Police command on Thursday, Core TV reports.

The arrest of the Boko Haram commander came after the intelligence unit received a tip off.

The Boko Commander, with alias Romeo was reportedly arrested around 2pm on Thursday at an undisclosed location in Borno state.

A source revealed to Core TV that Romeo had in recent times threatened to murder the District Head of Pulka, Gwoza Local Government Area of Borno State, and already been terrorising the area prior to his arrest.
