PDP Clears Nine Contestants To Contest National Chairmanship Position

Nine aspirants go head to head for PDP national chairmanship position.

Ahead of its national convention scheduled to hold in Abuja on Saturday, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has cleared all nine applicants jostling for its national chairmanship position.

The screening committee, headed by Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu, on Friday cleared the way for them to slug it out when it presented certificates to them at the party’s Wadata plaza national secretariat in Abuja.

Those certified to contest are – Otunba Gbenga Daniel, Mr. Jimi Agbaje, Prince Uche Secondus, Senator Rashidi Ladoja, Prof. Tunde Adeniran, Dr. Raymond Dokpesi, Mr. Aderemi Olusegun, Prof.Taoheed Adedoja and Chief Olabode George.

The list of other aspirants cleared for other elective positions would be displayed at the party secretariat before the national convention according to Ize-Iyamu.
