Fani-Kayode lauds Buhari’s move to return other Nigerians in Libya.

Former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, has hailed President Muhammadu Buhari over decision to bring back the remaining Nigerians currently in Libya facing harsh treatment.

Naija News reports that 239 Nigerians were repatriated from Libya on Tuesday by the federal government.

President Buhari had on Tuesday night spoke in Abidjan, Cote d’ Ivoire, at the ongoing EU-AU summit that other Nigerians left in the country would be evacuated as soon as possible.

Elated by the development, Fani-Kayode tweeted via his Twitter handle, “Glad that @MBuhari has finally acknowledged the suffering of our people in evil Libya and has pledged to airlift them back home.

“That is a step in the right direction. Now he must WARN the Libyans in very strong terms and tell them to stop killing and enslaving our people!

“The truth is that over the last 2 years the only Nigerian that I know that has consistently used his resources to fly thousands of suffering Nigerians back home from Libya and that has fed, clothed and housed them on arrival is T.B. Joshua. He has done very well!”
