UEFA champions league results.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang returned to the starting line up for Dortmund’s champions league clash against Tottenham on Tuesday but his goal couldn’t save the team as they went down 2-1 against the English side.

The win means Tottenham will finish top of their group with Madrid having to settle for second place.

In other games, Liverpool disappointingly, surrendered a 3 goal lead to eventually play out a 3-3 draw with Spanish team, Sevilla.

Real Madrid were in impressive form as they brushed aside  their Cyprus based opponents, Apoel Nicosia 6-0 to also qualify for the knock out stages.
