Fire Outbreak: HipTV office gutted by fire

A fire outbreak has occurred in the office of HipTV, a cable television station in Lagos.

The fire located on Ogundana Street, off Allen Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos.

Naija News gathered that firestorm started in the studio, burning down some parts of the building as well as  some transmission equipment.

The fire was controlled by the Lagos State Fire Service and the good neighbours in the community.

The CEO, Hip TV, Ayo Animashaun, said that luckily,  no life was lost in the inferno.

Howeve, Animashaun  noted that some staff sustained minor injuries while try to take out some equipment and operational vehicles parked inside the premises.
