I wish Buhari safe trip to Daura in 2019 – Aisha Yesufu

Aisha Yesufu offers to help Buhari pack his belongings to Daura in 2019. 

The co-convener of the Bring Back Our Girls (BBOG) campaign group, Aisha Yesufu, has advised President Muhammadu Buhari against seeking re-election in 2019.

The co-convener of the advocacy group hinted that the only support Buhari can get from her is to “help him pack his things.”

In a tweet on her Twitter handle, she wished Buhari a “safe trip to Daura” come 2019.

“The only support I can give PMB is help him pack his things in 2019 and wish him a safe trip to Daura Insha Allah,” she wrote.

In a related development, the Borno state Governor, Alh Kashim Shettima, has urged Nigerians not to pressurize Mr. Buhari into taking any decision as regards a second term bid in 2019.

He stated that Buhari should be given a free hand to decide if he wants to contest for a second term or not.

Meanwhile, the All Progressives Congress, APC, has stated President Muhammadu Buhari will not receive the party’s automatic ticket in 2019 should he decide to contest for a second term in office.

The party resolved every interested individual will be allowed to go through the party primaries in order to choose a standard flag bearer for the 2019 presidential election.
