Be patient with President Buhari – APC begs Nigerians

The national Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Chief John Odigie-Oyegun, urged Nigerians to exercise patience with the government of President Muhammadu Buhari, saying the president needed support and prayer to bring the remarkable change to the nation.

Chief Oyegun said this in Benin during the weekend while responding to a question on how Nigerians have been faring in spite of the change promised by his party.

EFCC on Maina’s trail, seals his properties worth $2m

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commsion, EFCC, has sealed all the properties belonging to ex-chairman of the Presidential Task Force on Pension Reforms, Abdulrasheed Maina, who was sacked yesterday.

20 shops, 3 houses, other property burnt during gang clash in Ibadan

About 20 shops, three houses and some yet to be known number of vehicles have been burnt during a clash of rival group on Monday, in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.

Biafra: I don’t know where Nnamdi Kanu is – Abaribe

The senator representing Abia South Senatorial District, Enyinnaya Abaribe,denies claim that Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra, is in his custody.

Abaribe had earlier sought in an application to withdraw from being one of the sureties of Nnamdi Kanu, but the federal government described the application as too late.
