Yahaya Bello Blocked Dino Melaye From Using Lokoja Stadium For Campaign - PDP

The Senator representing Kogi West, Dino Melaye has condemned Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, accusing him of misappropriation of funds meant to pay workers’ salaries and pension.

Melaye on Thursday wrote on his Instagram page and alleged that Governor Bello spent about N40 million on newspaper publication to concoct lies.

He added that workers are on strike and rather than pay their salaries, the governor decided to embark on “colossal wastage”.

On his Instagram page @dinomelaye, he wrote: “Yahaya Bello today spent about N40m today on adverts in leadership newspaper (72 pages)

“To propagate lies when he has not paid salaries and pension for over 15 months;

“Workers are on strike and he is engaging in colossal wastage. God help us.”
