10-year-old requesting visit to President Buhari invited to Aso Rock

A 10-year-old girl, Aysha Aliyu Gebi, from Bauchi, who wrote to President Muhammadu Buhari, requesting to meet with him, has been invited to Aso Rock Villa.

In the letter, Aysha introduced herself, afterwhich she asked about President Buhari’s health, before “going straight to the point”

She asked if she could see the President, as she had “always wanted to see a president face-to-face.”

The little girl’s letter was posted by her uncle on his tweeter handle, on August 29, 2017.

Responding to the tweet on Sunday, the personal assistant to President Buhari on New Media Bashir Ahmad said, “President Muhammadu Buhari has read your niece’s letter. And he says: ‘Invite Aisha to come and see me. Are we down for tomorrow?'”
