UEFA Champions League match results

Day two of matches in the UEFA Champions league games lived up to its expectation for the fans as the level of excitement was high.

Ronaldo returned to the squad for Real Madrid as he is eligible for European games and motivated the team to an expected win over little known Apoel Nicosia while Liverpool had to eventually settle for a draw at home to Sevilla after wasting lots of chances that should have seen them escape with full three points.
