Buhari holds first FEC meeting after UK return
President Muhammadu Buhari is currently presiding over his first Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting after his return to the country from his 103-day medical vacation in London.
This was revealed by the president’s Personal Assistant on New Media, Bashir Ahmad, on his Twitter account, (@BashirAhmaad).
President Buhari is currently presiding over this week’s FEC Meeting, received the victorious D’Tigress at the beginning of the meeting.

He tweeted, “President Buhari is currently presiding over this week’s FEC Meeting, received the victorious D’Tigress at the beginning of the meeting.”
As reported by Naija News, the President, played host to members of the victorious senior women’s basketball team, D’Tigress, announcing a cash reward of N1 million to each player and 500, 000 to the coaching staff before the FEC meeting commenced fully.
Recall, President Buhari cancelled last week’s scheduled FEC meeting but rather received briefings from Vice President Yemi Osinbajo.
