Buhari promises to lead Nigeria into prosperity

The federal executive council (FEC) meeting will not hold today, Wednesday in what was expected to be President Muhammadu Buhari’s first  FEC meeting after he returned to the country on Saturday.

Recall Buhari had been away at London, UK on medical vacation since May, 7, handing power over to Vice President Yemi Osinbajo who worked in acting capacity until the President returned on Saturday.

Instead, Buhari, who is working from his residence, will receive the reports on the probe of the director-general of National Intelligence Agency (NIA), Ayodele Oke and secretary to the government of the federation (SGF), Mr. David Babachir Lawal, both of whom are currently on suspension, Premium Times reports.
