#ResumeOrResign: Youth resumes protest

Some youth groups under the aegis of Concerned Nigerians have continued the protest this morning in Abuja, demanding President Muhammadu Buhari to resume or resign over his indefinite medical vacation in London.

Recall that the protest which began on Monday was disrupted by police on Tuesday, when police attacked the demonstrators with tear gas and water cannon.

An entertainer, Charlie Boy, Mr. Uyi Amadin, reporter with Silverbird Television, among others were reportedly attacked in the Tuesday’s protest.

It was therefore, gathered that today’s protest has been peaceful so far, as police men provided adequate security to those who came out to protest.
