Gunmen Kidnap NHIS Auditor

Armed men have reportedly kidnapped the auditor of National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS), Zakari Mohammed Sada.

Sada was said tohave been travelling from Abuja to Kaduna when his car was hijack  by the kidnappers on the highway around Katari.

Reports say the abductors forcefully took  him into a bush after which theye contacted his family to demand an undisclosed ransom.

The Kaduna State Police Command were unable to immediately confirm the incident.

Meanwhile, gunmen suspected to be kidnappers  have also  been reported  to have attacked travellers in the same area of the expressway on Friday, July 7, leading to the death of a woman.
