Senator Dino Melaye Asks Senators To Stop Recall Process

Senator Dino Melaye representing Kogi West Senatorial District, in a video shared by Premium Times, has  told the Senate he has evidences that the process to recall him from the Senate was rigged by Governor Yahaya Bello and that names and signatures of dead people appear in the recall register.

The embattled senator went on to say the recall process appears to have been initiated by the Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, and not the people of his constituency. He has therefore called on the Senate to move against such an act.
