This Does Not Make Sense – Yul Edochie Sends Warning To Students As They Protest ASUU Strike
Nollywood movie star, Yul Edochie has berated protesting University students blocking the Lagos Ibadan road.
Naija News reports that the Federal Government has been unable to meet the demands of Academic Staff Union of Universities, (ASUU) which has led to a prolonged strike of seven months and counting.
Showing their displeasure over the situation, the students on Tuesday, took to the Sagamu Interchange section of the Lagos-Ibadan expressway, demanding an end to the strike.
The development left many motorists stranded and has generated a lot of concern from Nigerians.
Reacting to the student’s action, Yul took to his Twitter handle to argue that they ought to take their grievances to the National Assembly and Aso Rock.
He wrote, “Dear students, it’s good to see you’re expressing your displeasure over the ASUU strike. However, this move doesn’t make much sense.
“Citizens don’t have to suffer bcos of the govt’s failure to resolve the strike. If you want to block the road, block the national assembly, block Aso Rock”.
dina Slams Phyna Fans
Naija News reports that this is coming after Bella and Phyna engaged in a heated argument on Tuesday afternoon and hurled insults at each other.
Reacting to this, dina in a post shared on Twitter, claimed that Phyna was too bossy as the HOH and might possibly beat Bella if not for the BBNaija rules.
He further expressed displeasure at her attitude and likened the reality TV star to a ‘street tout’.
He tweeted: “Phyna be doing too much, if not for big brother rules you go break Bella legs cos you are from the streets lol… na you be first agbero girl…Mtchew”
The tweet earned him criticism from Phyna’s fans and some also stormed his DM to query him over the social media post.
The actor who seemed displeased engaged in a war of words with the fans and rained curses at them.
