Wike Or Amaechi? Eze Reveals APC Leader In Rivers State

The Rivers State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has condemned Governor Nyesom Wike over his statement against the former Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi.

Governor Wike on Monday while commissioning a remodelled former RivBank Building in Port Harcourt had accused Amaechi of blocking projects that should have come to the state.

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Governor described Amaechi as a failure who no longer has access to the Aso Villa in Abuja.

The Rivers State Governor also warned the former governor of the state to stop distracting them or else he would reveal more secrets.

The acting Publicity Secretary of the party in the state, Darlington Nwauju, while reacting to Wike’s statement, said his claims are false and plot to blackmail the leader of the APC in the state.

Nwauju, while addressing newsmen, said Amaechi as the state Governor carried out projects in the state.

He listed some of the projects as “Afam Power Project Construction, rehabilitation of section one to four of Enugu to Port Harcourt Expressway, Bodo Bonny Bridge, reconstruction of Port Harcourt to Maiduguri rail line, development of Eastern Ports, Naval War College in Ubima, and the Bonny Deep Seaport Project”
