Oshiomhole Reveals Tinubu's Position On Edo 2024 Governorship Primary Election

The immediate past National Chairman of All Progressives Congress (APC), Nigeria’s ruling party, Adams Oshiomhole, has won his polling unit by a large majority of total votes cast in the ongoing Edo 2020 election.

Naija News reports that the APC polled the 1,201 votes cast at Ward 10, PU 001, Estako West Local Government Area for the state governorship election held Saturday. This is Oshiomhole’s polling unit.

On the other hand, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) whose platform Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State is seeking a second term in office, polled no vote in the unit, according to the announced result.

This online news platform understands that Oshiomhole’s polling unit results give the APC a heads up over the PDP, whose deputy governorship candidate, Phillip Shaibu, is also from Etsako West.

Below is the breakdown of the Edo election results from Oshiomhole’s polling units…
